In this role, you will:

Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
Support innovative campus attraction programs both virtually and on-campus.
Assist with our nationwide Campus Recruitment Program, both virtually and on-campus at post-secondary institutions across Canada (travel may be required).
Support EVRs student-employee engagement and retention strategy involving events/activities and leading student-focused programs.
Build relationships and communicate effectively with external organizations and internal business partners.
Participate in the full-cycle recruitment process, including interviewing students for coop and summer student positions.
Manage the onboarding process in SAP
Post job opportunities on company website and school job boards to attract qualified applicants.
Manage the Student Committee and coordinate student-focused events, including planning, hosting, and execution.
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

Requirements:

Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Human Resources
A valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions is preferred
Motivated self-starter; able to prioritize work under pressure and show great attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to multidisciplinary teams
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
Experience with HR programs/software would be an asset
