HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE TO OUR WORLD

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment known for its friendly atmosphere and team spirit. You will provide administrative support to various professionals in the Human Resources department at Mine Raglan, specifically the staffing team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and post job openings on various media platforms.
  • Contact candidates to gather information and schedule interviews/meetings.
  • Forward documents to audit firms and follow up on them.
  • Create and modify employee profiles, as well as enter data into the SAP system.

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • College diploma in a relevant field. Sufficient experience combined with a Diploma of Vocational Studies may satisfy this requirement.
  • Experience in an administrative support role, ideally in a human resources department.
  • Experience with a centralized HR data system.
  • Excellent command of French.
  • Knowledge of Excel, SAP, and Workday (a plus).
  • Working knowledge of English.
