Job description
Gartner is seeking a Business Development Manager for their EMSE region, responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships in the DACH/Iberian/French or Italian market. The role involves full sales cycle ownership, prospecting, and converting potential clients for their market-leading research and advisory services.
Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and converting viable prospects into active Gartner clients. The role requires full engagement from initial contact through negotiation and client transition.
Ideal candidates will have 0-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in consultative B2B sales. Strong commercial intellect, executive presence, sales acumen, and a collaborative approach are essential. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, German, Italian, or French) is required, with a location preference for Barcelona.
