FTI Consulting seeks an experienced Managing Director to lead and build their M&A and transactions tax service offering in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transaction tax advisory, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team in a dynamic consulting environment.
This role involves leading tax components of transactions, including structuring and due diligence exercises across diverse industries and complex scenarios. The Managing Director will be responsible for driving strategic tax advisory services, coordinating intricate tax workstreams, and providing expert guidance on transaction-related tax matters.
The successful candidate must possess over 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax, with proven expertise in transaction advisory services. They should be ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualified, with a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships across various stakeholder groups.
