The Role

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Director of Product Management, responsible for a portfolio of donor and nonprofitfacing programs that advance our mission and support the evolving needs of donors, nonprofit organizations, advisors, and institutional partners.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role is accountable for setting program and product strategy, translating enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, supporting current FC programs, and ensuring effective execution across complex, crossfunctional initiatives. The Director operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, working with Senior Managers and partnering across the organization to drive scalable, clientcentric, and compliant outcomes.

As donor expectations continue to evolve, this role plays a key part in advancing Fidelity Charitables programs and operating models to support sustainable growth and impact in a highly collaborative environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • A demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, develop leaders, and balance innovation with disciplined execution.

  • Leading the strategy, roadmap, and performance of donor- and nonprofit-facing product offerings

  • Translating enterprise priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable initiatives and outcomes

  • Partnering effectively with philanthropic strategists, fundraising, service delivery, compliance, marketing, finance, legal, and risk teams

  • Identifying opportunities to scale, optimize, or enhance offerings while proactively managing risk

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing senior managers and leaders

  • Communicating with clarity and credibility to executive stakeholders and influencing across a matrixed organization

  • Relevant experience typically includes 810+ years in product management, program management, or comparable strategic roles with demonstrated people-leadership responsibility

  • Experience supporting donor-facing or service-based financial offerings is preferred, and expertise in the nonprofit or philanthropy space is strongly preferred

  • A Bachelors degree is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus
