Voluntary Corporate Actions Analyst

The Role

A Voluntary Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely announcement and processing of Domestic and International Voluntary Corporate Action events in a high energy and fast-paced team environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3 years of Domestic and International Corporate Actions experience
  • 3-5 years of Brokerage Operations Experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach through all communication methods and the ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and assertively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven capacity to prioritize, meet deadlines, identify operational risks and red flags
  • An ability to work both independently and within a dynamic team
  • Experience in managing trade settlement and securities lending activity within the confines of Voluntary Corporate Action events.
  • FINRA license(s) preferred not required

The Team

The Operations and Services Group (OSG) provides superior customer service to Fidelitys brokerage businesses through innovation, dedication, and commitment to excellence. With seven operating divisions located throughout the country, OSG provides securities execution, clearance, and information management services to retail, institutional, and correspondent clients. OSG performs tens of thousands of over-the-counter, listed equities, options, bonds, and mutual fund transactions daily. OSG has a need for an Analyst in Corporate Actions.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
