Candidates should be studying economics, law, business informatics, or related fields, preferably in at least their third semester, with initial experience and basic knowledge of tax law. Practical experience through internships or tax assistant training is desirable. Strong analytical skills, precision, flexibility, and openness to new challenges are essential.
