Job description

Primary responsibilities include developing strategic training and change management plans, managing full project lifecycles, designing customized training programmes, leading project planning, creating governance frameworks, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and incorporating innovative learning methodologies.
Requires degree qualification with consulting experience, proficiency in training/L&D tools, methodologies, and change management techniques. Candidates should demonstrate professional credibility, strong personal impact, ability to influence stakeholders, and experience in complex problem-solving and project management.
