Job description
EY is seeking a Student Hire Post Offer Coordinator in Birmingham to manage the post-offer process for student hires. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining candidate records, and supporting smooth onboarding for new student employees.
Primary responsibilities involve coordinating and managing the post-offer process for student hires within the Talent Solution and Strategy (TSS) department in Birmingham. The role will focus on ensuring smooth onboarding, communication, and administrative support for incoming student employees, processing offer documents, maintaining candidate records, and facilitating a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in HR, recruitment, or student talent acquisition is preferred. Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office, have strong database management skills, and be comfortable working with candidate management systems. A degree or current enrollment in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required.
