Required experience includes a minimum of 2 years in an audit or consulting firm, preferably in financial institutions. Candidates should have strong analytical thinking, interest in financial markets, knowledge of accounting standards, team management skills, ability to communicate effectively, higher education (preferably in finance), and excellent English proficiency.
