Required experience includes minimum 3 years in audit/consulting firms or financial departments, deep understanding of financial reporting standards like IFRS and Polish Accounting Law, strong analytical thinking, and ability to adapt quickly in dynamic project environments. Candidates should have higher education preferably in economics, finance, accounting, or management.
