Primary responsibilities include participating in and managing client support projects, understanding client requirements, developing innovative solutions, presenting recommendations to teams and clients, and actively supporting colleagues through proactive suggestions and ideas. The consultant will independently manage daily tasks, collaborate with EY team members, and communicate with client personnel.
Required experience includes at least 2 years of financial consolidation preparation or audit experience, advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), excellent communication abilities in Czech/Slovak and English languages, willingness to work across different industries, and a strong analytical and critical thinking approach with basic project management skills.
