Job description
EY is seeking a SAP Customer & E-Commerce Consultant to help clients optimize their customer management and e-commerce processes through digital transformation. The role involves consulting global and mid-sized companies on improving customer experience and supporting technological implementations across the customer journey.
Primary responsibilities include consulting global and mid-sized companies on optimizing customer management and e-commerce processes, analyzing and transforming organizational changes, supporting technology selection and implementation along the customer journey, preparing management presentations and workshops, and contributing to the development of consulting offerings.
Required experience includes a completed degree in business informatics or business administration, experience in customer management and e-commerce consulting, knowledge of SAP applications and technologies in supply chain and customer experience domains, strong team and communication skills, and proficiency in German and English. Candidates should have extensive project management experience and pursuit leadership.
