The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master's degree or in the final two semesters of a Bachelor's program in Communications or Marketing, with a preference for prior practical experience. Strong interest in sustainability consulting, organizational skills, and project management are crucial. Excellent communication skills in German and English, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
