The intern will be involved in supporting complex national and international real estate projects, from initial concept through planning, construction, execution, and operational phases. Key responsibilities include assisting in project management and control of construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients, supporting process design, and contributing to technical-economic consulting.
Candidates are expected to be studying construction engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture, preferably in at least the 5th semester. Ideal candidates will have initial experience in project management or real estate planning/execution. Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, or AHO regulations is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, precision, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills in German and preferably English are required.
