EY is seeking a Transaction Diligence professional to join their high-performing team in Belfast. The role involves performing financial due diligence for corporate and financial clients across various sectors, helping them meet strategic goals during acquisitions, divestitures, and financial transactions.
Primary responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying key business performance trends, discussing business performance and forecast assumptions with senior management, and writing comprehensive reports highlighting financial and business issues in transactions.
Candidates must have a degree (preferably in a finance-related field), ACA qualification with first-time passes, strong project management and Excel skills, and excellent report writing abilities. Ideal candidates will have prior transactions experience and client-facing experience from a professional services background.
