As part of EY's Real Estate team, you will lead projects in ESG portfolio analysis, ESG due diligence, and transformation concepts. You will provide strategic consulting for Corporate Real Estate regarding the transformation of their property portfolios, take responsibility for initial go-to-market activities, and develop the service offering.
The ideal candidate should have an above-average master's degree in fields like Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Technology, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of five years of professional and leadership experience in energy consulting, engineering firms, real estate, or corporate real estate departments is required. Extensive knowledge of building technical systems, energy balancing for buildings and districts, and familiarity with regulations like GEG, BEG, EU Taxonomy, EPBD, and CRREM are essential.
