EY is seeking a motivated FinanceOnSite Consultant to join their team in Diegem. The role involves executing finance projects across various sectors, integrating with client finance teams, and providing hands-on strategic support in key financial operations with opportunities in bookkeeping, business controlling, and financial controlling.
Primary responsibilities include leading and executing finance projects for diverse clients, integrating into client finance teams to provide hands-on operational support, thinking strategically while delivering tactical results, quickly understanding and applying best practices, and collaborating effectively as a team player.
Required experience includes a Master's degree in finance or economics, 2-3 years of initial analytical or audit experience, excellent communication skills in Dutch/French and English, strong customer relationship building abilities, willingness to roll up sleeves and get work done, and an eagerness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
