EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for their Financial Accounting & Advisory Services (FAAS) division in Milan. The role focuses on supporting international business expansion projects, working with multinational clients on finance integration, reporting, and management control processes.
Primary responsibilities include supporting senior colleagues in analyzing reporting packages, facilitating post-M&A finance integration, accelerating accounting closure processes, restructuring administrative-accounting workflows, reviewing chart of accounts, and preparing consolidated financial statements and forecast reporting.
Required skills include being a recent graduate in Economics or Statistics, demonstrating excellent analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), public speaking skills, strong teamwork orientation, problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented mindset, willingness to travel nationally and internationally, and excellent English language skills.
