Job description
EY is seeking a junior HR and social strategy consultant in Paris. This role involves supporting clients in HR transformation projects, understanding workforce dynamics, and providing strategic insights into organizational changes and social procedures.
The primary responsibilities include working with clients to anticipate and prepare HR challenges, supporting organizational transformation projects, creating strategic roadmaps for workforce management, and developing comprehensive analyses of job evolution, workforce planning, and social procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a strong background in HR, labor law, or management, possessing excellent communication skills in French and English, strong teamwork abilities, and a dynamic approach to consulting and client relations. Candidates should have analytical skills, be mobile, and have a keen interest in understanding complex organizational dynamics.
