Job description
EY is seeking experienced professionals to join their Government & Public Sector Management team in Berlin. The role involves actively shaping digital transformation for public institutions through innovative consulting, managing complex transformation projects, and supporting clients at federal, state, and municipal levels with creative strategies and targeted methodologies.
As part of the Government & Public Sector team, you will be responsible for conducting organizational investigations, business process assessments, and optimizations. This includes executing SAP transformations, developing and managing (IT & Financial) service structures and control instruments, implementing project and change management measures, and integrating innovative technologies during agile transformation processes.
Candidates are expected to have a completed degree in relevant fields, with experience in consulting, project management, and/or the public sector. Depending on the entry level (from junior consultant to manager), candidates should demonstrate expertise in digital transformation projects, innovation, and technology affinity. Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, are essential.
