Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for their Transaction Diligence team in London. The role involves performing comprehensive financial due diligence for corporate and financial clients across various sectors, assessing target companies' financial projections, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing strategic insights during mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions.
The primary responsibilities include leading transaction diligence projects, managing cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing financial information, developing comprehensive reports, and providing strategic advice to clients during complex business transactions.
Candidates must have an ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, strong commercial experience in financial due diligence, excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-performance team environment.
