The primary responsibilities include posting transactions, maintaining accounting records, processing and issuing invoices, managing bank accounts, preparing payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations, conducting account reconciliations, assisting in financial statement preparation, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance, with prior accounting experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English are essential, along with exceptional attention to detail and a preference for experience in an international work environment.
