Job Role Description

The Reservoir Engineer - Advanced is responsible for Reservoir support to all stages of asset development and operations for new and mature fields, including project technical support and technology deployment

Job Role Responsibilities

- Design and evaluate depletion plans or project options to improve recovery and economic value from the reservoir
- Conduct modeling, reservoir simulation or use other reservoir engineering techniques to evaluate reservoir opportunities
- Monitor and assess reservoir performance and recommend actions to improve reservoir management strategies and depletion plan effectiveness
- Generate flowstreams and volume forecasts for opportunity evaluation, asset planning and economic analysis
- Actively implement technology deployment and integration, and application of corporate best practices in reservoir engineering
- Conduct assessment of resources that can be monetized under a range of scenarios to determine asset value
- Mentor and guide early career engineers fostering their professional development
