Full Job Description

You will join the group's Communication department responsible for overseeing media and investor relations, events and employee communications.

You would be primarily focused on internal communication, working with the Head of Internal Communications in an international team.

The Internal Communications Apprentice will provide support to a wide range of internal communications actions, internal campaigns and events. They will contribute to the development and implementation of employee communication content and channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for students looking to gain valuable experience in editorial and internal communications, in an environment focused on the financing of businesses, working alongside a team at an international company.

Internal digital channels and collaborative tools

  • Actively monitor and contribute to the company intranet, including liaising with content contributors, providing training, editing, quality control and generating monthly analytics

  • Support content contributors and intranet administrators from across the organisation

  • Support the promotion of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools (promote and educate staff on the use of the company intranet, Viva Engage, etc.)

  • Actively monitor and contribute to Viva Engage (company social network), mobilise contributors from other departments and help new users

Editorial and Corporate Communications 

  • Responsible for identifying, writing/editing and publishing articles and other content

  • Responsible for writing and sending employee communications, as well as editing/proofreading documents in English

  • Edit and create assets, including videos, for internal initiatives (surveys, anniversaries, seminars)

  • Assist with internal events and campaigns linked to companys strategic plan

  • Handle relationship with graphics agency for internal deliverables

Profile

  • Prior experience in communication at an agency, company or external publication is a plus

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Rigorous, dynamic, curious and quick to react

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Independent and able to take initiative

  • Familiarity with intranets and enterprise social networks is a plus

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

Bac +4/5 or gap year (Communication, Journalism, Business)

The apprentice must be bilingual/fluent in English, with native-level English writing skills (a writing test is part of the recruitment process); good knowledge of French preferred.
