Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI systems to design, build, and scale intelligent, autonomous AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep software engineering fundamentals with handson experience in agent orchestration, model context management, and modern AI frameworks, while maintaining strong design thinking and logical problemsolving skills.
You will play a key role in developing AI agents that reason, plan, collaborate, and execute tasks across enterprise systems using Python, Agentic AI frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and lowcode platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multiagent collaboration in Microsoft Azure
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP)based architectures for secure and scalable tool/function orchestration
- Build robust backend services and APIs using Python following strong OOPS and software design principles
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and lowcode platforms
- Design clean, modular, and extensible architectures with high reusability and maintainability
- Optimize agent workflows for performance, reliability, and contextual accuracy
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AIdriven solutions
- Stay updated with emerging trends in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI tooling ecosystems
Required Skills And Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
- Expertlevel Python development for backend and AI applications
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Solid experience implementing or working with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar toolcalling / agenttool orchestration patterns
- Excellent grasp of ObjectOriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and design patterns
- Experience integrating AI solutions with lowcode / nocode platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Copilot Studio)
- Strong logical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Design And Engineering Excellence
- Proven ability to produce clean, wellstructured, and scalable designs
- Strong understanding of system design, modularity, and separation of concerns
- Experience with REST APIs, async processing, and eventdriven architectures
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and code quality practices
Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise AI deployments, governance, and security considerations
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure )
- Experience building AI copilots or virtual agents for business workflows
- Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring for AI systems
