We are seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Transformation Lead LATAM to lead the evolution and transformation of the Talent Acquisition model for Assurance across Latin America.

The primary focus of this role is to design, drive, and implement strategic transformation initiatives, acting as a key partner to Assurance Regional Leadership and the Talent function. This role will have a direct impact on how the region attracts, plans, and manages talent, ensuring that TA strategies, processes, metrics, and capabilities are fully aligned with business priorities and an increasingly competitive talent market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Talent Attraction & Acquisition business partner for Assurance, serving as the main point of contact between regional leadership and local country leadership across Latin America.
  • Work in close collaboration with local Talent Attraction & Acquisition teams across the region, supporting the fulfillment of business attraction and selection needs from a strategic perspective.
  • Partner with the business to consolidate annual workforce demand and hiring requirements for the fiscal year.
  • Lead and manage regional improvement, change, and implementation projects across multiple countries.
  • Support the definition and execution of attraction and selection strategies aligned with the approved hiring plan.
  • Develop and present reports and insights for regional leadership.
  • Define, plan, and execute regional recruitment events across LATAM, in collaboration with Employer Branding and local operations teams.
  • Support the definition of university engagement strategies across Latin American countries.
  • Ensure the establishment of key partnerships and agreements with institutions and associations that supply talent for Assurance.
  • Keep regional and local Assurance leadership informed about talent market trends, risks, and opportunities.

 

Required Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, or Talent Transformation roles.
  • Proven experience leading regional or multi-country initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership as a strategic advisor.
  • Strong focus on change management, solution design, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced English.
  • Willingness to travel (1025%).
  •  

Preferred:

  • Advanced Portuguese.
  • Background in consulting, transformation roles, or highly matrixed environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with advanced use of talent and recruitment metrics.
