Your key responsibilities  

Analysis and evaluation
Assisting potential investors in identifying hidden problems and risks in companies they plan to buy
Conducting in-depth analysis of financial and business information to evaluate a companys financial health
Advising clients on potential risks associated with the transaction

Due diligence
Preparing due diligence reports to serve as the basis for negotiating the purchase price Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate and relevant information

Transaction support
Supporting clients in selling their businesses and preparing their transaction documentation Actively participating in the sale process and support clients at every step

Data analytics and processing
Processing data and conduct financial analyses Working in MS Excel to prepare reports and analyses
Preparing final reports

Skills and attributes for success 

Completed university degree in economics, math or a technical field
Knowledge of basic finance and accounting terms
Fluent in English and Slovak (both written and spoken) Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Analytical, logical and critical thinking
Enthusiasm and a continuous learning mindset
Attention to detail and a precise approach

The following experience is an advantage, but not a requirement:
Previous experience in consultancy or audit
Previous experience with Alteryx and Power BI
