Your role

As an HR Data Scientist, you will play a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that support datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions, primarily using Microsoft Power BI. By combining strong analytical skills with an understanding of HR processes, you will help streamline reporting, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort through automation and modern BI solutions.

Your tasks

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Design and optimize data models to support effective BI solutions.
  • Identify data sources, key metrics, and analytical approaches for HR initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance existing BI tools and reporting processes.
  • Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and trend analysis.
  • Streamline data collection and reduce manual reporting through automation.

Your profile

  • Experience in data analysis, visualization, and insight presentation (Power BI).
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and mathematical concepts.
  • Proactive, selfdriven mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
