The opportunity

Are you passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment? Join our team at EY Luxembourg as an HR Recruitment Intern and kickstart your career in HR!

Position: HR Recruitment Intern September 1st 2026

Duration: 6 months to 1-year

Your key responsibilities

• Drafting employment contracts, addendums, and internship agreements.
• Updating follow-up tracker and database daily.
• Generating regular reports.
• Assisting in the coordination of recruitment events for graduates and interns.
• Contribute to the onboarding process for new hires.
• Collaborate closely with HR team members, internal clients, and applicants throughout these tasks.
• Participate in various internal HR/recruitment projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages such as French and/or German will be considered assets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service is a plus.
