Position title: Intern to Staff HR Technology

The Opporutnity: 

Join EYs Technology Consulting team as an Intern or Staff specializing in Human Resources Management Technology (HR Tech). This role is designed for early career professionals who are eager to build hands on experience in HR systems, cloud based HR platforms, and digital HR transformation while developing both technical and consulting skills.

 

What youll do: 

You will work with experienced consultants to support clients in implementing, optimizing, and integrating HR technology solutions that enable modern, data driven HR operations.

  • Client and Consulting support:
    • Support client meetings and workshops by assisting in requirement gathering, notetaking, and documentation.
    • Help analyze current HR processes and HR technology landscapes under supervision. 
    • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and recommendations related to HR technology solutions.

  • HR Technology & Systems Support
    • Support implementation and configuration activities for HR technology platforms (e.g., core HR, talent, learning, or performance systems).
    • Assist with basic system testing (UAT), data validation, and documentation.
    • Support integration of HR systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., payroll, identity management, reporting tools).
    • Participate in designing basic HR technology solutions aligned with client business and HR needs.

  • Learning, Enablement & Innovation
    • Support training sessions and workshops to learn and help educate clients on HR systems, cloudbased HR platforms, and HR IT service management concepts.
    • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in HR Tech, cloud solutions, and digital HR transformation.
    • Collaborate with team members across HR, Technology, and Consulting to deliver highquality client outcomes.

 

Whatll make you successful: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields
  • Basic understanding or coursework in one or more of the following is a plus:
    • HRM / Human Resources
    • HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, Darwin Box
    • Strong interest in HR consulting and HR technology with a willingness to learn.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
