The opportunity
The Europe West Risk Management (EW RM) team is responsible for enabling a consistent, highquality and forwardlooking Risk Management approach across multiple Risk subfunctions and countries. As the Risk Management PMO & Strategic Coordination Supervising Associate, you will play a central role in supporting organizational effectiveness, harmonization, and execution across the EW RM portfolio.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, communication, and execution. You will help ensure that multiple Risk initiatives, strategic projects, and BAU activities across subfunctions are aligned with the overall Risk Management direction, delivered in a coordinated way, and communicated through a unified voice to key stakeholders and partners.
Your key responsibilities
As a Supervising Associate, you will support the EW Risk Management leadership and work closely with Risk subfunctions and the Transformation Lead to translate strategy into coordinated execution, while strengthening the Risk Management brand, governance, and consistency.
Risk Management PMO & Coordination:
- Supporting planning, tracking, and reporting of strategic initiatives and transformation activities across EW Risk Management
- Maintaining an overview of ongoing initiatives across Risk subfunctions (e.g. FinCrime, Compliance, Data Risk Management, Independence, Security, Digital RM)
- Supporting governance activities including timelines, milestones, dependencies, RAID items, and followups
- Monitoring key deadlines, events, and deliverables to ensure timely and complete execution
- Organizing and running coordination forums, team meetings, and selected stakeholder sessions
Harmonization, One Voice & Risk Brand:
- Supporting alignment of approaches, templates, messaging, and materials across Risk subfunctions
- Advising teams on best practices observed across functions to drive consistency and efficiency
- Supporting the development of harmonised content (presentations, updates, communications) tailored to different stakeholder audiences
- Contributing to strengthening the Risk Management brand and how Risk is perceived by internal partners and stakeholders
- Supporting unified preparation for key communication moments, leadership updates, and strategic milestones
Communication & Stakeholder Support:
- Drafting and coordinating Risk Management communications (emails, decks, talking points, updates)
- Supporting structured information gathering from partners and stakeholders in a cohesive and consistent way
- Preparing agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking for key meetings
- Supporting senior stakeholders by ensuring clear, structured, and audienceappropriate messaging
Transformation & Execution Support:
- Working in close partnership with the Risk Transformation Lead, supporting execution of strategic priorities
- Supporting change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking
- Assisting with preparation of strategic agendas, workshops, and leadership discussions
- Providing handson support to complete tasks where needed to ensure delivery
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Solid understanding of program, project, or PMO fundamentals (planning, tracking, reporting, governance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to simplify complex topics
- Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources into clear, structured outputs
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; confidence preparing executiveready materials
- Proactive, detailoriented, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, stakeholderheavy environment
- Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders as a trusted support partner
- Interest in Risk Management and willingness to build Risk domain knowledge over time
