What does the job involve?

Driftslaboratoriet ved Hammerfest LNG sker etter Laborant. Laboratoriet leverer laboratorietjenester med hy kvalitet og effektivitet. Teamet bestr av 4 ingenirer og 4 laboranter med ulik bakgrunn. I tillegg har teamet ansvar for en lrling i laboratoriefag. Laboratoriets ansatte jobber p dagtid. Vaktgang og ulike arbeidstidsordninger m pberegnes.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Utfre laboratorietester ved bruk av ulike instrumenter, og sikre nyaktige og plitelige resultater. Det omfatter ogs prvetaking, rapportering av konklusjoner, kalibrering av instrumenter og forsvarlig kontroll og vedlikehold av instrumenter.
• Bist i opplring og utvikling av nye medarbeidere og lrlinger i laboratoriet, og dele kunnskap og ekspertise som sikrer at de tilegner seg de ferdighetene som kreves i rollen.
• Utfre laboratorieanalyser og skaffe nyaktige resultater til riktig tid for sttte prosjektets ml.
• Delta aktivt i tiltak for kontinuerlig forbedring i laboratorieenheten, finne forbedringsomrder og iverksette endringer for kt produktivitet og effektivitet.
• Kartlegge og dokumentere laboratoriets forbruksbehov, og srge for tilstrekkelig forsyning av ndvendige materialer for god drift av laboratoriet.
• Kontrollere og opprettholde ytelsen til online analyseinstrumenter, for srge for at de fungerer som de skal og gir nyaktige resultater.
• Hndtere mottak og forsendelser av varer og prver i laboratoriet, og srge for forsvarlig hndtering, lagring og transport for ivareta prvenes integritet og sikre samsvar med lover og regler.
