JOB TITLE: Inside Sales Associate III

About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for driving revenue through remote sales engagement, managing the full or majority of the sales cycle virtually to convert opportunities into revenue. You will focus on prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing business without primary reliance on in-person meetings. You will be part of the Dow Jones Energy team and report directly to the Associate Director of Sales & Business Development.

You Will:
Develop and advance sales opportunities by engaging prospects and customers through phone, video, and digital channels, managing moderately complex issues and projects independently.
Present solutions aligned to client needs and negotiate and close business within established parameters, handling moderately complex cases and recommending practical solutions.
Maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy, communicating with clarity across teams and stakeholders to begin influencing outcomes through explanation, data, or subject-matter knowledge.
You Have:
Solid expertise adapting policies and practices as needed in inside sales, account management, or remote sales engagement.
4-7 years of prior experience in business-to-business sales, inside sales, or the energy industry.
Proven ability to guide, supervise, or mentor less experienced colleagues or contribute leadership within defined workstreams or projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
