Delivery Coordinator (Entry Level) Aguascalientes

About the role
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator (Entry Level) to support day-to-day operational activities and onsite coordination, ensuring effective follow-up, alignment across teams, and smooth execution of key processes.
This is an operational and administrative role that acts as an extension of the Operations team, enabling coordination between multiple internal functions such as IT, HR, Facilities, and others. The position focuses on execution, tracking, and maintaining visibility of activities to ensure delivery continuity.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate onsite operational and administrative activities
Track action items, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely follow-up
Support onboarding processes (badges, equipment, access, logistics)
Maintain trackers, reports, and status updates
Coordinate across internal teams (Operations, IT, HR, Facilities, Security, etc.)
Support workstation movements and onsite logistics
Follow up on requests, approvals, and service activities until closure
Provide support to teams by resolving or escalating blockers
Assist with visit readiness and day-to-day operational needs
What we are looking for
Minimum requirements
From 2 years of experience in operational, administrative, or coordination roles
Advanced English proficiency (strong written and verbal communication)
Intermediate Excel skills (including functions such as XLOOKUP)
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting operations, delivery, or project teams
Exposure to PMO, coordination, or data tracking activities
Experience working with trackers, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination
Skills and profile
Proactive attitude and ownership mindset (attitude is prioritized over experience)
Strong attention to detail and execution focus
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities
