  • The team is responsible for clients onboarding, setting up and maintaining client accounts in different systems and the related activities. As an interface to many areas of Deutsche Brse Group, the team's field of activity is very complex and wide-ranging within the framework of daily business

 

Tasks/responsibilities

  • You will assist the team in the Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management section significantly with the document management and data maintenance
  • You will support the team with wide range of tasks related to document validation, processing of account administration requests, connectivity setup and signature verification of documents
  • You will gain interesting insights in client documentation
  • Furthermore, you will work closely with internal departments across locations, e.g. in the

review and processing of the documents and their archiving

  • In addition to these exciting tasks, you will gain insights in the culture of a globally known international financial institution



 

Qualifications/required skills

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters (Study focus in the field of economics, business studies, humanities preferred)
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in an English-speaking environment
  • Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team
  • You work in a structured and precise manner and are also enthusiastic about administrative tasks
  • You have a quick grasp and the willingness, as well as ability, to take responsibility for tasks and a project/initiative independently
  • You are confident in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally have experience with SharePoint
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
