Within the Private Bank, the Service Executive Team (SET) supports Front Office by ensuring efficient and compliant client lifecycle management. As part of the central SET Simplex team in Zurich or Geneva, you will act as a point of contact for Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives on client documentation-related matters, using your expertise to support colleagues and deliver high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
Maintain and code client static data and documentation in Avaloq throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Support and advise Client Service Executives on client data and documentation updates, including the review of FATCA, CRS and other tax-related documentation.
Collaborate closely with coverage, product teams and infrastructure functions to support efficient, high-quality client service.
Contribute to projects, maintain awareness of relevant policies and support the continuous improvement of processes and service quality.
Skills
Meticulous, methodical and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong team player with high service standards, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
Relevant experience in Financial Services, client lifecycle activities or a similar service-oriented role is preferred. A college degree is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English is required; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
