Market Data + Services at Deutsche Brse provides financial institutions worldwide with highquality, proprietary market data from the Groups trading platforms Xetra and Eurex, as well as from key global partners such as 360T, Kaiko (crypto data), the Santiago, Mexico, Pakistan and Bombay Stock Exchanges, and TAIFEX.

Our customersranging from analysts, algo traders, and banks to hedge funds, asset managers, and marketdata vendorsdepend on reliable information to make trading and investment decisions, manage risk, protect assets, and meet regulatory requirements.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Operate and refine automated monitoring workflows to ensure stability and predictability of realtime data streams, reference data, system interfaces, and emergency processes. Use intelligent anomalydetection tools to reduce manual checks and identify issues early.
  • Oversee and enhance automated marketdata distribution pipelines, applying machinelearningsupported quality checks to detect irregularities quickly and safeguard accuracy across all delivery channels.
  • Provide fast, AIsupported functional support for customer inquiries from banks, data vendors, and financial institutions. Use datadriven diagnostics to identify root causes and resolve technical or contentrelated issues efficiently.
  • Support product rollouts, release cycles, and changemanagement activities, embedding automation into deployment, testing, and validation processes to increase operational readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process excellence by identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual workload, and using analytics and predictive insights to make workflows faster, cleaner, and more resilient.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • You have a solid educational background in economics, IT, or a comparable fieldand you are eager to apply it in a highly automated, datadriven environment where AI supports daily decisions.
  • You think analytically and act pragmatically: you break down complex challenges into clear, actionable steps and help turn them into solutions the team can apply immediately.
  • Customer satisfaction and quality are essential to you. You proactively use automation and data insights to spot issues before they impact clients.
  • You communicate confidently in an international, crossfunctional environment, helping both technical and nontechnical stakeholders understand complex topics.
