Role Description

We are seeking an engineer/technical specialist with experience in CRM technologies (SalesForce or similar) to join DWS Private Markets Technology to build out CRM and Deal Pipeline systems for the fast growing Private Markets Funds. You will work with the Business and the wider technology teams closely to translate requirements and configure SalesForce and plugins to achieve key business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with business and business analyst to translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.
  • System Configuration: Customizing entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Data Integrity & Management: Ensuring data accuracy, managing user access model, and driving data standardization and cleansing.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and overseeing deployment of system changes.
  • Support & Training: Providing user support, creating training documentation, and driving adoption.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience with SalesForce (ideal) or other CRM tools
  • Experience with SalesForce plugins or expanding CRM tools for business specific use cases
  • Degree-level IT and/or engineering qualification or equivalent experience in an Engineering role
  • Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with SDLC tools: JIRA, Confluence
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills, client centric attitude
  • Self-starter and a team player with experience with working in an enterprise environment
  • Fluent in English (written/verbal)

Preferable

  • Knowledge of Asset Management (Private Markets domain)
  • Exposure to SalesForce plugins for Private Markets
