Your key responsibilities:

Local Policies & Process Management

  • Drive process improvements and efficiency programs.

  • Facilitate Front Office enablement through implementing lean processes that meet relevant control frameworks or simplification opportunities.

  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders (Market Heads, Business Management, 2nd Line risk functions etc) to share progress updates and resolve issues as required.

  • Generate and review reports and escalate where required unresolved items related to development and implementation of new or resolution items.

  • Act as SME for front office on process and platform enhancements or remediation efforts, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory expectations.

  • Validate system changes and process enhancements via UAT.

  • Facilitate lifecycle of internal documents (policies, key operating documents etc) including periodic refresh and continuous improvements.

Change Management

  • Guide process owners on change management journey and advise on artefacts required to support change rollouts.

  • Review and validate each change to confirm readiness, including updates to training materials and key operating documents (KODs).

  • Issue monthly broadcast communications to front office to share updates on upcoming changes & key initiatives

  • Perform regular quality reviews of KODs and related materials to ensure all content remains current and aligned with latest operational standards

  • Consolidate and plan monthly rollout schedules, aligning with business priorities and operational readiness.

Your skills and experience:

  • University graduate with 6-8 years working experience within Private Banking Industry

  • Good knowledge of products & services offered by Private Banking

  • Knowledge of Equity, Structured Products, Bonds, Funds and its associated processing in Private Banking

  • Experience in change projects and ability to interact with different stakeholders across multi location.

  • Keen learner and quick adapters of change and good team player

  • Self-initiative and to be able to manage and deliver with time bound activities /projects

  • Willing to learn and take on additional scope of work with training

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Cantonese, also preferably with intermediate fluency in Mandarin

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated risk analysis skills

  • Prior experience in leading projects

  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and have knowledge in building/maintaining intranet framework and Share Point
