Your key responsibilities
- Review existing KOD pertaining to private banking processes to align content with new KOD framework
- Engage in discussion with process owners to enhance content of KOD
- Perform migration of KOD content (in some cases rewriting) from existing template to new template
- Maintain and track completion status of KOD migration
- Continuous maintenance of the KODs post migration
- Perform regular management reporting
- Ability to influence & communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
- Ensure robust change management through great discipline and governance for seamless execution with timely escalations and reporting
- Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and timely execution.
- Support various PB EM COO initiatives aimed towards improved efficiencies and enhanced control including the change gatekeeping activities
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in banking industry with knowledge of banking products specific to Wealth Management domain
- Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of control, processes and risk management in the banking industry, and have strong attention to details
- Business analysis background is highly valued
- Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills, must have good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Hands on experience in MS tools, co-pilot etc will be an added advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
