Role Description

The individual will be responsible to support various transformation projects within PB COO Emerging markets. Drive transformation initiatives through automation, collaboration & partnership with the key stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

  • Review existing KOD pertaining to private banking processes to align content with new KOD framework
  • Engage in discussion with process owners to enhance content of KOD
  • Perform migration of KOD content (in some cases rewriting) from existing template to new template
  • Maintain and track completion status of KOD migration
  • Continuous maintenance of the KODs post migration
  • Perform regular management reporting
  • Ability to influence & communicate compelling and well thought out solutions to complex problems
  • Ensure robust change management through great discipline and governance for seamless execution with timely escalations and reporting
  • Resilience and adaptability with a continuous improvement mindset and timely execution.
  • Support various PB EM COO initiatives aimed towards improved efficiencies and enhanced control including the change gatekeeping activities

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in banking industry with knowledge of banking products specific to Wealth Management domain
  • Ideal candidate should have a good understanding of control, processes and risk management in the banking industry, and have strong attention to details
  • Business analysis background is highly valued
  • Fluent in English with good writing and communication skills, must have good knowledge in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience in MS tools, co-pilot etc will be an added advantage
  • Good organizational and time management skills
