Join Deutsche Banks International Operations Hub in Barcelona as a Middle Office Analyst. Be part of a dynamic team supporting one of the Groups most renowned European branches through trade control, transaction monitoring and seamless processing. Drive excellence, compliance and collaboration across local and global teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-trade activities, including corporate events, pricing controls, reconciliations, regulatory reporting and the booking of cash and a broad range of financial products.
  • Oversee payment flows and control incoming and outgoing transfers to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor transactions throughout the lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely escalation and compliance with internal controls.
  • Perform reconciliations, investigate and resolve breaks to maintain accurate records and reduce operational risk.
  • Review pricing and transaction data, identify issues and support stakeholders across Front Office and partner teams.

Skills

  • Experience in banking operations or Middle Office functions is a plus, together with knowledge of investment products, trade lifecycle processes, settlement and cash management
  • High level of English is required, as you will work on site in an international environment where English is the official working language. Additional languages will be considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset is valued, together with the ability to work effectively across teams and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to support reporting, analysis and presentations.
