Job Title: Learning Specialist - Associate

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Description

  • The Global Employee Learning Team is part of Global HR Talent & Development function and is responsible for the provision of a global learning offering that supports c.80,000 colleagues to deliver against Deutsche Bank’s strategic objectives and enables them as individuals to build their skills to advance their career.
  • In this role you will support the Global Employee Learning team to deliver its core learning products and technologies as we strive to become a stronger learning organisation.
  • Your role will provide project and administrative support for complex global initiatives. You will have a strong focus on educating stakeholder groups helping to tell our story that explains the breadth of learning opportunities available at Deutsche Bank. In particular you will take a supporting role for conducting learning needs analysis with the business and curating learning content / learning journeys to support requirements.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting needs analysis with business client groups
  • Analysis of learning impact to make recommendations for action to stakeholders
  • Deliver engaging presentations that bring the Global Learning offering to life and drive adoption
  • Drive portfolio of own projects
  • Support production of key documents / presentations for various stakeholder groups
  • Provide Level 2 support to the Enablement Centre of Excellence for complex queries and governance submissions

Your skills and experience

  • Excellent presentation skills with experience of delivering to senior audiences
  • Experience of conducting Learning Needs Analysis and making learning recommendations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organisational and follow up skills
  • Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

You will be

  • Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional with a proactive approach
  • Confidence to liaise with people at all levels, whether face to face, by telephone or via email
  • Fluent in English (although German language would be a very useful skill in this role).
