About the Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills to join our Talent Development team. Our Talent Development Specialists help organize and run a variety of internal programs focused on global early career education for our hires joining straight from university. You may also support additional internal education offerings for full-time employees across different departments.

You will work closely with key program stakeholders within Trading, as well as across HR and other areas of the firm, on strategy to plan for high-priority global training programs, executing associated daily tasks, providing on-site support during the programs, and tracking feedback and historical data.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Organizing all aspects of our learning and development programs, including scheduling events, managing rosters, and overseeing logistics
  • Preparing and analyzing evaluation data and participation feedback with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; identifying and proposing areas for improvement
  • Responding to employee queries and fielding to other team members as appropriate
  • Being the on-site point of contact available to support participants and programs as they’re running
  • Assisting with talent development and other company-wide projects and initiatives

About You

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant practical experience, and 4-6 years of experience in human resources, talent development, or a related field 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with experience managing large-scale complex projects 
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder manager and written and verbal communicator
  • Strong analytical thinker and problem-solver; very comfortable organizing, preparing, and interpreting data
  • Interested in understanding and improving processes
  • Able to handle competing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
  • Able to think strategically about the big picture while getting the details right, and to evolve programs based on user feedback 
  • Have a positive, professional attitude and presence
  • Having financial industry experience is preferred, but not required
