Position Overview

Role Description
- We are looking for an experienced developer resource with Web Services (SOAP/REST), with strong Java and API skills.
- You would work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to build and extend Workday functionality and deliver secure, scalable, highquality solutions aligned with business needs.

Your key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications within Workday Extend and Orchestrate modules
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations, web services, and eventdriven processes with Workday Studio, Connectors etc.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues
- Support release management, upgrades, and regression testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and business stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- Overall experience of 6-10 Years with technical handson experience
- Proficiency in:
- REST and SOAP APIs
- JSON, XML
- Objectoriented programming concepts
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Workday certifications (Extend, Compensation, Reporting, HCM etc.)
- Experience with Workday Integrations:
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors (advantageous)
- Additional experience with other Workday modules, like Workday (Advanced) Compensation, Core Compensation, Core HR etc.
- Experience with cloudnative development concepts
- Experience working in global or enterprisescale Workday environments
