Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

Commercial Contract & Supplier Relationship is responsible for the strategic relationship with global suppliers within spend categories.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with wider functions to develop joint strategic account plans, products and service roadmaps to extract maximum value from the supplier relationship
  • Managing and resolving disputes or change requests to ensure that all software demand is fitting the budget targets
  • Financial analysis related to software contracts
  • Scenario analysis and impact evaluation related to our software spend
  • Budgeting and forecasting for our Vendor Governance (Centra Functions) department within PB, including the necessary reporting

  • Commercial acumen – understanding revenue , margins and cost drivers
  • Financial analysis related to contracts
  • Value Optimization and Cost control
