Job description
Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Client Implementation Specialist to support the coordination, maintenance, and implementation of cash management solutions for corporate clients. The role involves managing client portfolios, setting up technical access channels, and providing critical implementation and service support in a dynamic international environment.
Primary responsibilities include managing a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients, providing professional coordination for implementation and service needs, maintaining cash management products, responding to account and transaction inquiries, and liaising closely with global Cash Management Implementation, Sales, Product Management, and service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 5+ years of experience in global banking or treasury, strong English and Nordic language skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, corporate cash management products, payment methods, and robust interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities.
