Job Title: Clearing and Settlement Analyst, NCT

Location: Pune, India

Role Description

Corporate Action and Income Associate is responsible for the front-to-back processing of corporate action and income related processes on behalf of the bank. Corporate action process includes both Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action event types, whilst the Income process includes dividend and coupon processing.

Your key responsibilities

  • Interact with Deutsche Bank’s internal and external clients and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services in line with KPIs
  • Ensure that service delivery is strictly in line with the Bank’s procedures
  • Develop and maintain a proactive relationship with clients
  • Escalate all issues properly, in time, to the appropriate level and seek assistance to avoid any adverse impact on the business
  • Acclimatize oneself with the function specific MIS
  • Supporting, attending and following-up of the respective Team meetings
  • Participate and cross train oneself across different platforms/asset classes
  • Prepare MIS and Review KOPs

Your skills and experience

  • Graduates / Postgraduates - Preferably Commerce/Management graduate good academic background
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Basic Knowledge of financial markets
  • Good spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel)
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Strong English written & verbal skills required.
  • Eye for Details
  • Graduate in Commerce/ Finance (Preference – Postgraduate/ MBA)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ready to travel as and when required.
  • Be willing to work in shifts.
