We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Clearing and Settlements Checker

In this role, you will:

  • Transfers their knowledge and advice to other members of the team.
  • Provides timely & accurate responses to any inquiries raised by internal or external stakeholders.
  • Identifies process improvements and drives change within the team.
  • Good working relationship with colleagues within both Onshore and Offshore Teams.
  • Provides quality customer service and ensures achievement of KPIs and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Interactions with internal teams or clients, focusing on resolving requests and issues promptly with efficiency, accuracy, along with professionalism and respect
  • Monitor team’s performance. Productivity and quality of work are monitored and achieved. Daily work is timely managed and completed within agreed timelines and cut offs, in accordance with procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge /experience in Derivatives Settlements processing , structured products and investment industry is preferred.
  • University graduate/degree holder.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the bank’s products, operations processes and procedures.
  • Exhibits commitment and resilience.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
