Responsabilities

Within the Capital Markets and Platform team, you are in charge of managing multi-asset orders based on instructions from Advisory & Contact Centers, Private Bankers and Portfolio Managers.

As an Order Management (co-)owner, you are actively involved in the optimization and documentation of processes and new projects relating to your scope of activity thanks to an overall view of the entire transactional flow.

You actively participate in the organization and preparation of the various reports presented to management in a cross-functional manner


Your Responsibilities are:

  • You liaise with Advisory & Contact Centers, Private Banking and Portfolio Managers in the context of transactional flow management and to ensure smooth transaction execution
  • You oversee the corporate actions process and the follow up of the client’s choice
  • Based on your experience, you formulate suggestions for process improvement and participate in their implementation
  • You contribute to the proper documentation of processes in procedures
  • You are responsible for preparing various reports and presentations for management

Skills

  • Good understanding of the risks associated with order management (Best Execution, Timely Execution, etc.), operational excellence is of utmost importance to you
  • Client focused, with excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • High attention to details, structured, and ability to deliver results under pressure in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Education: Master’s degree in economics or a related discipline with a strong interest in financial markets and an excellent knowledge of Capital Markets products
  • Experience & language: a first professional experience in an equivalent function or in the banking sector is a must. Proficiency in the two local languages (French/Dutch) and English.
